Return Policy
Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads)
All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Because digital materials are delivered instantly and cannot be “un-accessed,” we are unable to verify whether the content has been downloaded, viewed, or retained. For this reason, all digital sales are final.
If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us — we’re happy to help ensure you receive your files.
Physical Books
We take pride in the quality of our printed materials. Physical books are eligible for return or replacement only in the case of a manufacturing defect, such as:
-Incorrect printing
-Binding issues
-Significant damage upon arrival (not caused by misuse) will be replaced with the same item and I will handle insurance repayment via the shipping company
Requests must be made within [7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us with:
-Your order number
-A description of the issue
-Photos showing the defect
If approved, we will provide instructions for return and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
-Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
-Incorrect item ordered (exchange may be possible for physical books only, if in same condition as shipped)
-Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect usability
-Normal wear and tear
